Gwenn S. Knapp is the Magisterial District Judge for West Chester East, elected to serve in the magisterial district formed in 2004 by the division of West Chester Borough into two districts. Judge Knapp presides in District 15-1-04 on the East side of the borough, comprised of Wards 1, 2 and 4. The original District 15-1-01 is on the West side, and is comprised of the remaining borough wards.
